Locally owned and operated ECI Communications has been serving Carteret County and the surrounding area since 1992.  Located in Morehead City, North Carolina, ECI has provided electronics, radio communication equipment and mission critical solutions for police, fire, EMS, military, education, transportation, medical, and utility agencies for 31 years.
